Priority Jet is looking for an entry level Charter Coordinator in Atlanta GA at the Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (KPDK).
This is a full-time position with competitive salary PLUS commissions and company-paid benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position provides department level administrative support and performs other administrative and secretarial duties in the areas of department operations scheduling client service management trip quotations recordkeeping compliance and general office support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year experience providing office support at the executive and or department level. Experience in the aviation industry is desired but not necessary.
The successful applicant should be detail oriented highly organized and possess excellent follow-up follow-through skills. The applicant should also maintain a sense of urgency appreciate deadlines and possess a willingness to learn. Strong time management skills are required. Must maintain sound judgment skills and the ability to anticipate resolve urgent or conflicting needs. A friendly but take-charge demeanor is necessary along with the ability and confidence to make decisions while working independently. Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Intermediate proficiency level in working with database programs and concepts is desired. Minimum typing data entry speed of 40 wpm is required. Must have proper command of the English language and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Must maintain exceptional telephone etiquette as well as the ability to professionally interface with people of all personality types. Willingness to work outside the scope of normal business hours.
