Charter Coordinator—Burbank CA Avjet Corporation is currently seeking an Aircraft Charter coordinator for our Burbank CA facility. Responsibilities include Arranging details of domestic and international client trips such as itineraries catering requests crew accommodations ground transportation airline tickets etc. Maintaining up-to-date travel profiles for passengers. Providing exceptional customer service for internal and external customers. Acting as liaison between charter clients owner clients vendors and crews. Handling quote requests from clients in a timely manner. Handling advance planning for hotels cars related to special events. Qualifications Ability to make rapid decisions concerning safety regulations and economy of operations. Good communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook; will be trained in aircraft scheduling software Must be a team player able to multi-task and be detail-oriented and organized. Must have good grasp of geography and time zones 135 aircraft charter experience is required minimum 2 years. Key Challenges Must be available to work on an ‘as needed’ basis and available 24 hours a day. Must be able to adapt to change on a constant basis.
