Aviation maintenance facility has immediate opening for customer service sales rep. Currently seeking a rep for recruiting and grooming new business from prospective and existing customer accounts and meeting and or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve division revenue goals. The perfect candidate is a self-motivated high energy individual ready for new challenges to help drive revenue growth. Candidate must be willing to travel via airline and automobile. Paid travel expenses. Comprehensive Medical Dental and 401 k after 90-days of employment. Requirements Capabilities Any aviation experience a priority airline experience and contacts a plus Research and identify potential prospects using a variety of sources such as the internet print media company lists etc. Quickly follow up and qualify web and call in leads. Develop relationships as a trusted adviser to our existing customer base in order to increase the amount of annual revenue from these accounts. Create demand by identifying the key buying influence-rs within a company understanding their business challenges and clearly communicating our value proposition. Service existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers. Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual analyses. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products new products delivery schedules merchandising techniques etc. Recommend changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive development. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
