Currently we are seeking to add a VP Managed Aircraft Sales to our growing team. VP Managed Aircraft Sales You have high expectations for yourself and your career. So does Wing Aviation. Imagine what we will achieve together. We will rely on your charisma and tenacity to provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing efforts related to managed aircraft. You will develop maintain and implement sales and marketing strategies while monitoring and analyzing activities against goals. This will be accomplished by performing the following responsibilities • Direct and coordinate managed aircraft sales and marketing functions • Direct market efforts to identify and develop new customers • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities &8232;direct marketing and new project development • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods costs and results • Prospect for clients and build new business relationships • Participate in the development of new managed aircraft proposals • Establish and implement short and long term goals objectives policies and &8232;operating procedures • Supervise the preparation issuance and delivery of sales materials and &8232;promotional programs • Promote positive relations with partners vendors and distributors • Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations • Develop and implement short and long term departmental goals objectives &8232;policies and operating procedures • Participate in staff meetings • Become knowledgeable of and uphold Company policies and procedures Qualifications • Experience selling managed aircraft services is essential! • 5 years managerial experience preferably in the Aviation industry • Proven experience developing negotiating finalizing and implementing contracts • Prior high-end executive level sales and public contact experience &8232; • Knowledge of contracting negotiating and change management • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations • Experience in planning marketing strategies advertising campaigns and &8232;successful public relations efforts • Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings • Exceptional strategic planning and thinking abilities • Maintain a professional demeanor while performing in a competitive environment &8232;under pressure • Solid negotiating and decision making skills • Ability to be persistent persuasively while demonstrating strong customer service &8232;skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a demanding fast-paced environment • Solid customer focus • Strong senior management level presentation and analytical skills • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite application • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the Company • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information • Ability to work under minimal supervision • Ability to exercise independent judgment discretions and initiative • Self-motivated and independent problem solving ability • Ability to travel as needed within the community state and country Benefits We value our employees’ time and efforts.
