We are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative responsible for delivering customer service in a fast paced environment encompassing all aspects of the customer experience from arrivals to departures Responsibilities include but are not limited to Excellent communication skills written spoken via telephone face to face email Arinc radio system Excellent interpersonal skills Must be very organized Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure Assist customers with requested services such as fuel catering hotel accommodations ground transportation etc. Resolve customer requests question complaints regarding the company’s services or products Bill customers for services rendered. Set up new accounts; maintain records and other clerical duties. Maintain and stock materials and amenities in the customer service areas Transport customers by crew van to airport terminals and local hotels. Greet crew and passengers at aircraft Lead In and Chock arriving aircraft and marshal out departing aircraft Assist customers with loading and unloading of baggage Provide aircraft with coffee ice new papers and catering as requested. Required Experience High school diploma or general education degree GED ; two to three years of related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience special licenses or certificates required Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
