ApplyThis position is responsible for ensuring that fixed based operations are conducted in accordance with Eagle&39;s policies and procedures. Conducts periodic inspections to verify compliance with federal state and local regulations and policies. Implements aviation policies. Ensures conformity to established quality health safety legal business ethical or other standards. Utilizes computer databases systems for personal and material management. Manages payroll data for employees and monitors time and attendance and scheduling. Ensures that overtime is properly authorized and recorded. Oversees and directs day to day department activities within the framework of Eagle&39;s plan. Manages and coordinates the receipt storage and issues of bulk aviation and ground fuel storage and distribution systems. Ensures that required logs and paperwork related to the receiving and issuing activities are maintained. Ensures Preventative Maintenance Program is accomplished and documented. Assists in the development of long-term strategy for facility upgrades or equipment replacement projects. Supervises directly or indirectly subordinate supervisors and employees who perform fuel distribution and maintenance functions. Investigates complaints violations prepares reports of findings and action taken. Responsible for safety conditions procedures and work practices in assigned work unit. High School Graduation Bachelor&39;s degree in related field preferred Minimum of 4 four years in general aviation experience including fuel servicing operations and experience in operating repairing and maintaining mobile equipment and the quality control measures associated with the mobile refueling operations. Supervisory experience is required. Must be proficient with computers spreadsheet software and database software. Must have excellent communication skills both written and orally in English. Requisite knowledge including Fuel Operations Safety Spill Response Fire Response Emergency Response Hazardous Waste Operations Hazardous Communications Environmental Protection OSHA compliance and other areas as prescribed by the company. Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old meet the above listed requirements and have a valid drivers license.
