May assist a more senior project manager in the management of a large complex project. Understands key functional processes for the relevant projects. Understands and ensures compliance to Dassault Falcon Jet standards for project management. Prepares for achievement of the Project Management Professional PMP certification if not already attained.  PRINCIPAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Develops standard project documentation from templates including the project charter project management plan subsidiary plans and other common project documentation. Updates documentation throughout project lifecycle as necessary. Supports the project sponsor business analysts and key stakeholders in the development cataloguing and maintenance of project objectives requirements and scope. May conduct business analysis occasionally. Coordinates with organizational change management and communications resources to effectively incorporate the necessary work streams into the project plan. Synchronizes Organizational Change Management OCM and communications activities with other operational work streams throughout the project lifecycle. Develops and maintains the project schedule in the appropriate project management tool. Effectively utilizes standard scheduling techniques. Coordinates with the project team in the development of the activities time and resource requirements necessary to meet project objectives. Uses basic knowledge of general and financial accounting principles to understand and communicate how project activities and decisions affect a project’s bottom line. Supports the project sponsor in the development of the project budget. Coordinates the assembly of the project team. Helps to draft project roles and responsibilities and recommend qualified candidates. Coordinates the onboarding orientation development and release of project team members. Works to ensure a common understanding of project objectives assignments and expectations among all team members. Coaches project management apprentices. Manages the execution of project activities as required throughout the entire project lifecycle according to the project plan. Supports the Project Management Office PMO in the management of resource requirements as the project plan evolves. Ensures regular status reporting of activities by all team members. Uses a formal project change management process to manage all changes to project scope schedule cost and quality according to project governance standards. Monitors and controls project activities and performance. Develops and maintains project performance data information status and other related reporting. Recommends and implements corrective actions to bring project performance in line with project plan expectations in accordance with project governance guidelines. Regularly communicates project status to the sponsor and other key stakeholders using communication methods provided for in the communication management plan and stakeholder register. Develops and makes presentations regarding project progress and outcomes. Identifies and documents project risks and issues regularly and throughout a project’s lifecycle. Recommends appropriate contingencies for known and unknown risks. Recommends and implements risk response plans in a timely fashion to minimize any negative impact to project objectives. Supports project related procurement activities. Promotes business transformation activities across the organization with positive communication and demeanor. Researches and recommends continuous improvement opportunities related to Dassault Falcon Jet project management standards and processes. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.  Requirements MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree. Less education will be considered with relevant work experience. Two 2 years of experience in aerospace engineering or with projects and project management as a project team member. Certified Associate in Project Management CAPM or have practiced the methodology of current Project Management Institute PMI framework and book of knowledge content. Experience with Dassault Falcon Jet project management standards or other acceptable industry standards such as Project Management Institute. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrates high ethics and values inspires loyalty and trust embraces diversity possesses strong listening skills communicates in speaking and writing with a polished manner and so others will understand regularly engages with functional managers and subordinates comfortable communicating with senior management occasionally. Strong leadership skills. Proactively seeks success and responsibility for achievement supports team building identifies and works to resolve team member performance issues recognizes others’ contributions and praises people for a job well done works to build mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members. Proficiency in use of common computer tools including Microsoft Office Microsoft Project or similar. Must be able to function throughout the total facility with or without reasonable accommodation. ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience building and administering project plans in Microsoft Project or other project management tool. Business analyst experience. SAP related project implementation experience. French language fluency.
