PLEASE EMAIL RESUME WITH EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Job Reports directly to the President for the day-to-day operation and management of the company’s FAR Part 135 maintenance department. Responsibilities · Manages all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; develops and establishes standards procedures systems training and guidelines for maintenance staff. · Provide supervision for all personnel assigned to the Maintenance Department and demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes. · Works closely with all company departments to provide current aircraft status and accurate forecasted downtimes. · Responsible for maintaining all equipment tools and all facilities in serviceable and workable condition. · Provides safe reliable on-time airworthy aircraft in support of customer requirements. · Ensures the safety of maintenance employees and work spaces. · Schedules and programs aircraft maintenance checks engine inspections and time control component changes. · Directs and ensures that required training is provided and documented for maintenance personnel. · Responsible for maintenance personnel work schedules based on company and department needs. · Conduct routine employee evaluations to ensure alignment with leadership and values. · Responsible for ensuring the accuracy counts and security of maintenance inventory. · Responsible for monitoring measuring and reporting on maintenance vendors’ contractual compliance and conducts regular on-site vendor audits to ensure compliance. · Perform periodic internal audits to review recordkeeping procedures safety etc. · Provides leadership by establishing assigning prioritizing and tracking aviation maintenance goals objectives and standards. Coordination of personnel and equipment task assignments to ensure goals and objectives are met. Creates and manages performance improvement plans for maintenance personnel. · Responsible to maintain positive department revenues and expense tracking and issue accurate and on-time customer billing. · Manages the timely revision accuracy professionalism and acceptance of all technical publications maintenance manuals GMM MEL etc and company maintenance policies and the appropriate communication to the FAA. · Ensures compliance with quality assurance and safety procedures. Job Requirements · 5 years of experience on Part 135 jet aircraft required and meet the requirements of 14 CFR Part 119.71 e . · 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience. · Highly knowledgeable in Company Manuals Federal Aviation Regulations Operations Specifications Aircraft Flight Manuals and other documents and data pertaining to the duties listed above. · Violation-free A&P License and IA Certificate preferred. · Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. · Demonstrate industry knowledge in all areas of the Maintenance Department with the ability to educate guide motivate and encourage others within the organization to achieve success. · Must be able to pass a 10-year Background Criminal DMV Drug Screen.
