ApplyEagle Aviation Inc. is seeking an extensively experienced Aviation Parts Manager.  This position will be responsible for the operation of the Parts Department for the repair station. The Parts Manager is responsible to contractual duties with the requirement of adhering to and the commitment to imperatives of safety  quality and compliance to the Director of Technical Services for the operation of the stockroom and to distribute all pertinent miscellaneous technical information etc. to the proper department which is received by the stockroom. Oversees the operation of the parts department including achieving financial performance objectives. Determines appropriate parts inventory stocking levels and identifies sources as necessary. Strong parts experience and managerial experience is required. In addition the Parts Manager is responsible for  1. To insure compliance with FAR’s regarding parts documentation 2. To ascertain that all parts department employees have adequate work to do. 3. To analyze the needs of production and insure that stocking levels can meet the needs which includes notifying the purchaser when inventory levels are low   and responsibility for inventory and inventory adjustments. 4. To assist with shipping and receiving order entries AOG orders and phone sales as needed as well as to sell parts and freight to work orders on a daily basis 5. To assure proper training of new stock room employees write disciplinary notices when required to recommend staffing levels and to recommend for job terminations as well as conducting employee evaluations as directed by the General Manager of Maintenance and Modification Services. 6. To insure that necessary aid is given and proper reporting procedures are followed in the case of a work-related accident.  7. To identify control segregate and maintain all stock to a serviceable or unserviceable category as designated by the Chief Inspector.  8. The preservation of all articles or parts while carried in inventory including parts that are subject to deterioration and shelf life specifications. 9.  All other tasks as deemed necessary by management. 10 Years minimum experience as a Parts Manager in the Aviation field is required.  Compensation will depend on experience.   An excellent benefit package will be offered including paid vacation sick leave medical dental short-term disability life flexible spending and 401K.
