Job Primary Responsibilities and Functions   • Self Start daily and strive to establish business relationships immediately  • Maintain excellent work ethic and positive attitude  • Remain organized while multitasking  • Source new business in any market conditions  • Research sources for developing prospective Customers  • Identify and secure new Customers accounts and opportunities  • Cold Calling and expansion efforts are Required regardless of existing client base  • Plan personal sales strategy and maximize the return on investment of time  • Convert Customer requirements to sales orders  • Familiarize with and handle Contract Negotiations and Contract terms and conditions  • Create pipeline of business with Customers  • Coordinate sales efforts with other departments; Management Expediting Accounting Logistics and Technical services  Job Requirements Desired Experience and Skills   • Professional Customer Service experience required  • Effective intrapersonal verbal and written communication skills  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  • Computer literate and basic IT knowledge required  • Knowledge of industries where electronic materials are utilized in production as well as in various support programs  • Experience with Commercial Military Industrial Medical Automotive and or Avionics Aerospace clients and parts  • Familiarization with aircraft parts avionics or ground support equipment  • Experience with Quantum Component Control a plus  • Problem solving and determining solutions  • Marketing experience a plus Job Criteria   Start Date Immediately  Type Full-Time Permanent  Years of Experience Required 3  Education Required Bachelor&39;s Degree or higher Overnight Travel None
