SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product inventories for both suppliers and on a total basis by performing the following duties in accordance with company procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain high quality service to all customers by executing all related duties in accordance with airline regulations. Performs fuel scheduling duties in coordination with the airlines suppliers and pipeline operators. Verifies pipeline batches and updates fuel inventory daily projections to ensure adequate fuel supply. Inputs inventories receipts and transfers on a daily basis. Ensure data is entered correctly is appropriately documented and reconciled to source documents. Performs analysis of loss gain in the system on a daily basis. Responsible for reconciling daily book inventories by individual supplier. Validates airline fueling agent and supplier information on the into-plane tickets for accuracy against forecasted information provided by suppliers. Handles airline customer requests to research prior transactions provide additional copies explain various accounting treatments. Validates monthly closing report to ensure monthly summaries reconcile to daily totals. Is able to meet the Station&39;s attendance standards.
