FRMP Analyst CVG Department Flight Operations Reports To Manager Flight Crew Operations Summary Monitors operational activities and organizes data associated with the Fatigue Risk Management Program. Major Job Accountabilities Maintain oversight of the day-to-day FRMP process. Perform initial review of all fatigue reports gather required data and synthesize final reports for Flight Operations Management. Serve as a member of the Fatigue Review Team FRT . Coordinate with Flight Operations Management the Corporate Safety Department and the Union Safety Representative on a quarterly basis with the purpose of making several key decisions. e.g. report acceptance corrective action and recommendations for fatigue mitigation and determinations e.g. root cause analysis risk assessment during the report review process. Conduct root cause analysis leading to possible corrective actions and submit to Flight Operations Management. Organize and conduct all fatigue event reviews and maintain primary responsibility for making root-cause determinations. Evaluate fatigue-related data sources for overall trends utilizing existing and future risk mitigation strategies. Assist with the incorporation of FRMP into Flight Operations documents and manuals. Qualifications Flexibility to travel worldwide Knowledge of the FARs Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Capability to multitask and coordinate time sensitive duties College degree preferred Ability to champion cross-departmental operational solutions Ability to analyze data in many forms and provide accurate and reliable advice and recommendations based on this analysis Ability to present information in an open forum We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package including health coverage life insurance and 401k savings plan with company match.
