FAA Repair Station with a limited engine rating for CF6 CFM56 JT9D is looking for a Chief Inspector • Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of an FAA Part 145 Repair Station. • Oversight of all work performed under FAR 145 responsible for all manuals pertaining to FAR 145 RSM QCM TPM etc . • Perform and supervise receiving in-process inspection final inspections for all articles maintained by the repair station. • Comply with conformity check of all shop visit documentation execute and certify all return to service paperwork. • Maintain current files technical library up to date. • Maintain calibration program for required tools • Maintain scrap program • Collaborate with Engineering dept. with the creation of work instructions. • Responsible for giving guidance and training to inspectors and technicians • Must have leadership skills and work and communicate well with others.
