It's finally here - the second edition of Practical Aviation Security: Predicting and Preventing Future Threats is now available. Industry professionals have used it to identify and implement best practices and it is now the preferred text for colleges and universities that have aviation security courses, or aviation security coursework in their homeland security classes.
New threats and preventative measures have been added, along with sections on aviation security intelligence, security operations (relevant to security and law enforcement personnel), TSA changes, updated air cargo and general aviation security chapters, red teaming and screening technologies.
Get your copy from Barnes and Noble, Amazon or if you are a professor or instructor and want to use the text, contact Elsevier directly.
