Lead Stock Clerk Duties

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Lead Stock Clerk is responsible for the safe timely and effective management of all Material Stores functions during their shift and to ensure the day-to-day duty assignments and schedules of their assigned Stock Clerks are properly carried out.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
Creates and promotes a safe working environment and works in a safe manner in accordance with company policy.
Properly communicates with staff for the day-to day job requirements and expectations. Maintains Shift –to-Shift turnover regarding Stores issues that affect maintenance operations.
