Our History
Avjobs, Inc. was established in
1988 as The Airline Employment
Assistance Corps. Owners and
Board Members (former
flight attendants, pilots and mechanics) were
often asked how they found their jobs
with the airlines. That is what
sparked the idea to, "Help
People Find Jobs" in the
aviation and aerospace industry.
In 1992, Avjobs was the
originator of aviation
employment services when we
launched our Bulletin board
Service, and today remain the
longest running aviation
employment website of its kind.
That's an accomplishment we are
very proud of.
In 2002, we started doing
business as Avjobs.com. We
simplified our company name to
be easily recognized by word of
mouth, in print and to
reflect that we work with the
entire aviation industry.
The fall of 2005 brought to
fruition the highly anticipated
Applicant and Employer Systems.
Each are being utilized by
leading applicants and key
industry employers every day.
Today, we celebrate 38
consecutive years serving
aviation and remain steadfast in
our approach to fill the needs
of both aviation applicants and
employers.
