There seems to be quite a bit of confusion about the email we sent to you last week. First let me apologize and then explain.

Let me personally apologize for the confusion if our message about linking to your website was unclear. What it is supposed to tell you is that we promote aviation related products, services and employment opportunities, and that we have an aviation company website “Link” directory for our customers to learn about your company and what you have to offer. This directory doesn’t state that you are an employer or that you are currently hiring for aviation related positions, it simply states that you are an aviation related company or organization and they can find out more about your company, products and services by visiting your website. It really just boils down to free advertising and website traffic for [[Company]].

Once again, I apologize for the confusion and I hope that I have cleared up the misunderstanding. I have also included various questions and answers as they pertain to the email message in question:

A. Nothing, zero, nada, zilch. Your company was suggested to us by a visitor to our website. We took a look at your website and thought other aviation professionals could benefit from what you have to offer the aviation industry.

Q. Do I/We have to do anything?
A. No. No action is required on your part. We hope you'll consider linking back if you think our site would be of interest to your visitors. (www.avjobs.com)

Q. Why did you decide to link to us?
A. We link to many different aviation related websites based on visitor suggestions. Your site was recommended to us.

Q. How do I/We benefit from this?
A. Avjobs is providing you with free publicity through the announcement of your company and providing other aviation professionals with a link to your website. We hope that you benefit through additional website traffic, sales, and market awareness.

Q. How do I/We benefit from this?
A. We can help you get your message out to other aviation professionals. We would like to extend an invitation to you to provide any additional messaging or announcements related to your company, products, services, discounts, career fairs, open positions or any other information that you would like to include in our newsletter or have published to our website. Please take advantage of the free publicity and help aviation professionals find the information they need! If you sell propellers, we have buyers. If you are announcing a new product or having a sale, we have readers who need to know. If you are experiencing a layoff, downsizing or company closure, we can help.
