We're focusing on further developing our product offerings and boosting job posting performance for employers. We recently announced advancements in our Employer System and experiments to make job postings more effective. We're bringing private email to participating employers, and we'll continue to launch new products and features over the next 12 months. We're also continuing to improve our offerings for Applicants, making it easier for them to find the aviation employers in their area and apply for available jobs. Features for employers, such as the new posting performance feedback system, and a larger volume of applicant resumes, are designed to improve job posting performance and reduce the time and cost to hire.

We'll keep driving technological progress, but our best asset will always be our employers and their job postings.
