Due to the soaring volume
of candidates, many are informing us that jobs in our system
are lacking quality job descriptions and salary information,
have aged, are invalid or no longer open. Therefore, we
find it necessary to implement a Job Verification routine.
Our purpose is simply to validate all jobs in our system,
giving applicants the best possible service and you the
best candidates.
A Verification of Open Position
Request for Update will be sent quarterly for each active
job listing you have 90 days or older. This will ensure
the postings you have listed are still open and giving you
a chance to update the postings as necessary.
A few simple reminders:
- Source the Avjobs applicant
pool often as it changes every day.
- View the Avjobs Resume
of the Week. It is updated every Monday.
- Post all open positions
within your company and its locations. At times like
this, applicants may look for alternative options to
stay employed within the aviation field.
- Promote Job Fairs, hard
to fill positions, company news, etc., with the Broadcast
Aviation Messaging (BAM!) feature.
