Essential functions: + Responsible for development and implementation of key Europe and support global IEC strategic marketing initiatives across all product lines + Collaborate with field sales key account managers and sales management in the development and execution of a channel marketing plan including promotional calendars for key accounts + Develop and roll out standard tools and processes for Voice of Customer (VOC) collection to assist in the development of New Product Platforms and New Product Development (NPD) – customer surveys VOC templates etc. + Manage and develop data and marketing analytics capability to assist key company stakeholders in the analysis of financial service and sales related information + Manages local product management resources and works across the product marketing teams coordinating with product managers to define platform requirements to meet the needs of customer demand + Develop and execute Crouse-Hinds Europe Digital Strategy including support for document support for tablets mobile phones and web browser platforms to assist sales and marketing personnel in business development + Assist in the development and implementation of key vertical market initiatives as defined by product marketing and field sales Qualifications
+ Master degree from an accredited institution preferably MBA + Minimum of 7 years’ of marketing or sales management experience + Experienced manager of people with track record of managing large teams and developing talent and strong talent pipeline + Strong knowledge of power distribution control products product applications as well as marketing practices and procedures + Strong knowledge of market channel relationships and processes and the Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels + Understanding of marketing and business planning + Intercultural awareness to be able to operate in a cross border environment – within region and outside of region + Strong analytical and computer skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable executive presence – board room quality - able to represent Eaton to senior managers externally and internally + Strong values and ethical background needed to have credibility operating in this region + Legally authorized to work in European Union Eaton is a power management company with 2016 sales of $19.7 billion.
