The Fleet Services Representative is responsible for growing MRO sales to fleet and fractional operators having multiple aircraft through close relationship management. The MRO Fleet Service Representative has the responsibility for the continued development of sales programs, the collection and analysis of fleet sales statistics, and the outlining and implementation of a fleet sales process which meets or exceeds the companys growth objectives.
The primary emphasis for this position is to achieve maintenance, avionics and interior refurbishment sales growth in the business aviation fleet and fractional market by acquiring new customer accounts and increasing the services provided to existing customers. This position will also work across the BBA Business Portfolio to develop customer solutions for the fleet and fractional market.
Functions and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationship with targeted fleet/fractional operators.
Identify and thoroughly document customer needs, expectations and growth plans in company CRM system.
Define and implement a sales and support process focused on customer satisfaction.
Assist in developing MRO future fleet/fractional sales growth strategy specifically around MRO and other BBA Business Units.
Meet defined sales performance metrics on regularly scheduled basis.

Ten (10) years or more experience in a technical aircraft maintenance role, installation role, quoting role or a combination of these roles.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Aviation Management or related field preferred.
The incumbent must demonstrate a working knowledge of business aircraft models, associated inspection programs, flat rates, installations, product lines, technologies, mandates and regulations as well as a superior ability to positively relate to and communicate with both internal and external customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) CRM systems (Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics), Business market research tools (JetNet, AMSTAT), and Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) is required.
Must possess a valid drivers license.
