The Training Coordinator and Assistant will manage the back office relation with Etops ATO customers andthe resources provisioning activity.
99. ••Customers back office activities:
+ Organise trainings: prepare trainees files and documentation, organise the training planning, make necessary bookings (simulators, instructors, base training, hotels& 8230;), prepare classroom& 8230; in coordination with the Sales & Account Manager
+ Manage trainees& 8217; files from the beginning to the end of the training (creation, update, validation and archive) in coordination with the Compliance Monitoring Manager
+ Manage trainees documentation (catalogue, accommodations, CBT, documentation, maps..)
+ Coordinate purchase orders
+ Make sure that the instructors have current approvals from the right administration and update the instructor follow up file.
+ Manage trainees& 8217; certificates and satisfaction questionnaires
+ Assist with any other training activities when requested
99. ••Resources provisioning:
+ Manage resources following customers request and organise missions
+ Make necessary bookings
Undertake any other tasks required for the operation of the business where those activities are reasonable within the scope of the job holder& 8217;s experience and capabilities.
The Training Coordinator & Assistant will report to the Training Center Manager and will be under direct supervision of the Sales & Account Manager
