ATP Flight School is expanding and is in need of a Training Center Coordinator. As Training Center Coordinator, you will work closely with the Regional Manager and the Lead Instructor to manage your local training centers daily operations for optimal efficiency and customer service.
Posses a knowledge of all ATP programs, prices and policies
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Must be both a team player, and perform well independently
Aviation or flying experience desired
Provide a high level of customer service to customers touring, visiting, or conducting training at the facility
Provide ATP program information to prospective customers
Schedule tours for prospective customers
Perform administrative and office support activities. Duties may include light accounting, collecting payments from customers, taking deposits to the bank, word processing, filing, faxing and light cleaning
Support flight operations by coordinating aircraft, students, and instructor resources considering weather and operational needs of your location.
Monitor Call Center (ATPs Scheduling and Lead Tracking Platform) and follow up with local customers interested in training with ATP
Pay & Benefits:
$13 / Hour part time or $26,000 - $30,000 / Annual Salaried depending on experience, with an opportunity to earn sales commission after 3 months
