Parlin Field, in partnership with the Newport School District, is hosting an Aviation Career Education (ACE) Academy from August 6th — August 10th 2018.

This week-long camp will expose students to the wide variety of aviation careers, such as an aircraft maintenance technician, meteorologist, pilot, air traffic controller, drone operator, airport planning, and more.

The Newport ACE Academy is open to any youth currently in Grades 6—12. The ACE Academy is open to youth outside of Newport as well. The cost of the ACE Academy is $50 per student. Scholarships are available for those that may need them.
