Job Description

Our client a Fortune 250 global manufacturer is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager with a strong background in aerospace and project management to join our thei in Greensboro NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of aerospace products from conception through production and support. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the companys vision and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product development projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering design and marketing teams.
- Manage product lifecycle from planning through production and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and customer support teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and report on product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop product value propositions and be accountable for new product launches.

What we are seeking:
- Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Business Administration or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager Project Manager or similar role in the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of aerospace products systems and technologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
