Description, duties, responsibilities

The Flight Operations Assistant will assist the Flight Department with administrative duties related to the nightly DHL operations at CVG. These duties include communicating and clarifying company policies to crewmembers ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures identifying and resolving operational problems relating to flight crews notifying crewmembers of random drug tests administering system travel update and distribute revisions to FAA Jeppesen and ABX manuals and assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.What you need: Must have HSD/GED Experience working in a Flight Operations capacity either as a pilot or in a position with an understanding of applicable regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Very good written/verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a group environment Self-starter Ability to adapt to fast paced atmosphere and changing prioritiesPreferred Skills: Candidate who is currently enrolled in a college degree program or has completed coursework geared
