Tinker Air Force BaseJob Summary:
AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler in support of the Fighters and Bombers Directorate (AFLCMC/WW) at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Oklahoma.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
+ Apply a full range of acquisition program management and sustainment philosophies policies and procedures to perform a wide range of acquisition/sustainment management activities in support of the existing and future B-1 programs.
+ Participate and use program expertise in B-1 Schedule Change Review Board with Boeing program management scheduling and engineering.
+ Review Boeing schedules for input to IBS IMS. Hold program conversations with Boeing on updates to Boeing B-1 program IMS and participate in program review with personnel concerning MROTC charts and briefings and participate in discussions with contractor personnel concerning CCaRs.
+ Develop new Project schedules for IBS’s newly contracted lot kits and LRU items.
+ Provide B-1 structural program engineers with instruction on the use of MS Project software. Use expertise in MS Project to instruct B-1 Structures Engineers concerning its uses and capabilities.
+ Update and add program IMS in prep for upcoming Boeing/AF Schedule Review Boards. Participate and use program and project expertise in Boeing meeting on deliveries of LRUs and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs).
+ Assist in the coordination of documentation between functional resources and the consolidation of inputs into common documents to support program milestones.
+ Assist in risk management project management process improvement support and logistics support.
+ Assist in the collection of programmatic inputs for defining developing and managing the acquisition and development/upgrades to the various Division aircraft configurations.
+ Identify schedule and resource risks and issues across the programs/enterprise perform analyses reflow schedules and conduct monthly meetings to manage schedules.
Bachelors degree in a related field and 20 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree and 10 years of related experience.
U.S. Citizenship required and shall possess a Secret clearance.
Strong communication skills both written and oral. Ability to multi-task& support multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment. Candidate should be a self-motivated independent detail oriented responsible team-player. Ability to work on aircraft LO problems and find solutions for the issue and inspect work from other contractors.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook Word Excel) and other standard (Customer specified) applications.
