We are currently looking forprofessionals for our Aerospace and Defense (A&D) Security practicewith extensive experience in the following:
A&DSecurity Senior Manager:
Our A&DSecurity teams help clients identify and evaluate security gaps subsequentlydriving the implementation of solutions to mitigate security exposure whilemeeting regulatory requirements (e.g. NIST CMMC). They possess relevant cybersecuritytechnical skills through leading large-scale projects and continuous researchof the latest security vulnerabilities threats capabilities and mitigationtechniques. They are expected to anticipate security requirements analyze andunderstand the client security posture and formulate right-sized solutionsbased on industry leading practices.
The A&D SecuritySenior Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex informationsecurity engagements. They provide subject matter expertise and drive projectdelivery execution as the primary point of contact for client stakeholderstypically at the director senior director and C-suite levels. The A&D SecuritySenior Manager will work with our clients to develop new opportunities scopeengagements and ensure quality delivery of work performed.
Additionally theA&D Security Senior Manager is expected to understand and have in depthexperience in many of the domain areas identified: Cyber Defense Cloud Security(Government and Commercial Cloud environments Azure GCC High AWS GovCloudGCP) Infrastructure/Network SecurityThreat and Vulnerability Management Advanced Security Analytics DataSecurity Identity Management Security Operations Application SecuritySupply Chain Security and Managed Security Services working closely with theleadership to develop go to market solutions and implement them for ourclients.
KeyResponsibilities will include:
Deliveryof Accentures Security offerings related to cybersecurity with a focus onsecurity program enhancements across multiple domain areas security maturityrisk assessments and implementation of technical security solutions and tools
Managingand leading large-scale complex cybersecurity engagements with resourcesdistributed across the US and globally
Coachingand developing teams of managers consultants and security analysts
Lead and support business development activitiesincluding developing proposal responses and managing sales pipeline
Delivernew security capabilities and assets to drive business opportunities andsupport project delivery
Workingdirectly with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement programstrategies for cybersecurity including Cyber Defense Cloud SecurityInfrastructure/Network Security Threat and Vulnerability Management. AdvancedSecurity Analytics Data Security Identity Management Security OperationsSupply Chain Security and Managed Security Services
Analyzingclients security posture to create current state assessment gap analysis andstrategic implementation roadmaps adhering to clients and regulatoryrequirements
Performingrequirements analysis and developing strategies and solutions forcybersecurity risk and information governance
Performingrisk remediation cost-benefit-analysis for a variety of solutions
Establishingreturn on investment and business process improvements for investments in cybersecurityprograms and technologies
Developingand integrating cybersecurity metrics and reporting programs for key securityprivacy risk compliance and service continuity indicators against regulatorystandards (e.g. NIST CMMC etc.)
Maintainpositive rapport with client relationship through effective communications.Play substantive or lead role in establishing and maintaining quality internaland external communications to include deliverables technical content ofreports proposals etc.
Develop workingrelationships with Senior Executives and Senior Managers across the A&Dclient account teams to drive work in across the industry
Demonstrateknowledge of A&D Industry and functional specialty Project and programmanagement experience proven ability to lead project delivery and/or multipleprojects delivery
Monitorproject economics and client billing
Demonstrateability to ensure implementation of security solutions
Identifysecurity opportunities to cross-sell other services
Translatingtechnical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders
Minimumof 5 years experience in Cybersecurity and Information Technology in theAerospace and Defense Industryand government (e.g. Department of Defense).
Minimumof 5 years of overall technical hands-on security experience
Minimumof 5 years management experience (people and programs/projects)
Minimumof 5 years experience in designing developing implementing and managingsolutions across cybersecurity domains (Cyber Defense Cloud SecurityInfrastructure/Network Security Threat and Vulnerability ManagementApplication Security Advanced Security Analytics Data Security IdentityManagement Security Operations Supply Chain Security Managed SecurityServices etc.)
Minimum5 years experience in a program/projectleadership role interfacing with clients managing budgets and ensuringimplementation is of quality within the team.
Abilityto travel 75%
Preferred Skillsand Highly Needed Qualifications:
Industryrecognized security qualifications such as CISSP
Candidateswill have broad security architect skills with solid understanding of crossfunctional IT Security areas such as Cloud Security Infrastructure/NetworkSecurity Identity and Access Management Application Security DataProtection Security Operations Supply Chain Security and Managed SecurityServices or security outsourcing delivery and/or experience as a SecurityEngineer or Security Architect for security products and services with provenability to develop/solution deals.
Priorexperience in a client-facing consulting environment managing and directing projectteams of consultants
Astrong reputation and presence in the security industry
Arobust knowledge of security vendors in key security domains and detailed securityproduct capabilities
Mustbe conversant in security issues cyber threats and vulnerability trends
Mustbe conversant in project management principles and project quality methods
Musthave strong attention to detail
Eagernessto contribute in a team-orientated environment
Abilityto lead a team with minimal direction
Abilityto work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desireto work in an information security environment
Desireto help contribute and grow the practice
