As a Communications and Marketing Intern you will contribute to various marketing projects and tasks that support the overall marketing strategy and divisional strategic objectives. We are looking for (Spring/Summer 2025).

• Write clear compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. press releases ads website newsletters).
• Perform design and layout for various mediums (e.g. print digital).
• Ensure creative materials align with brand standards.
• Draft and update web content and social media efforts.
• Research media placement advertising promotional items public relations or events.
• Assist with the development creation and execution of marketing collateral.
• Coordinate internal division communications such as announcements and newsletters.
• Communicate with internal teams and external groups such as printers to achieve marketing objectives.
• Contribute to marketing projects.
• Draft press releases.
• Assist with trade show graphics and related printing.
• May assist in the coordination of trade shows demonstrations or open houses. Draft schedule and logistics of booth and materials.
• May update web content and/or social media efforts.
• Prepare various documents and reports as needed.
• Assist with compliance materials.
• Complete summer end internship presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning understanding continuously improving and promoting the divisions quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

• Enrollment in a bachelors degree in marketing or related field.

• Basic knowledge of market research is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of web marketing social media print processes and advertising.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office programs.
• Graphic design experience is preferred.
• Photography videography capture and editing skills preferred.
• Basic administrative skills. Must be very detail oriented.
• Exceptional oral and written communications.
• Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking.
• Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Team player who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
• May travel up to 10% for trade shows and other events.
• Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required.
