What Youll Do:

• Program complex parts for 4th and 5th axis CNC mills and live-tool lathes using Mastercam
• Develop optimize and troubleshoot toolpaths to improve cycle times and part quality
• Collaborate with machinists and production teams on setups tooling selection and process improvements
• Support new product introductions prototyping and production runs in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

• Strong Mastercam programming experience with multi-axis CNC mills and live-tooling lathes
• Proven ability to write edit and optimize programs for 4-axis 5-axis and complex turning centers
• Solid understanding of tooling fixturing feeds/speeds and machining best practices
• Hands-on detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision manufacturing and continuous improvement
