Description, duties, responsibilities

Job Title

Join a rapidly expanding organization where your technical expertise directly supports safety efficiency and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting inspections repairs and modifications to aircraft systems including airframe powerplant electrical and avionics.

Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions in accordance with approved data.

Coordinate with maintenance control and operations to minimize aircraft downtime and support efficient scheduling.

Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations manufacturer specifications and company procedures.

Support both in-hangar maintenance operations and mobile AOG response to maintain operational continuity.

Maintain tools equipment and work environment in accordance with safety and compliance standards.

Maintain accurate complete maintenance records and ensure accountability for assigned aircraft.

Qualifications

Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required).

Legally authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferably with supervisory exposure.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook Word Excel internet navigation).

Familiarity with Citation X aircraft (preferred).

Clear communication and coordination with maintenance operations and leadership teams.

Solid time management reliability and documentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety standards and schedule integrity.

Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills applied to aircraft systems.
