BlueAlly Services is seeking an experienced "On Site Representative" to work under a contract with one of our largest airlines client in San Antonio TX. Responsibilities Responsible to monitor inspections and other maintenance performed on Company aircraft To serve as on site representative for MRO maintenance that interfaces with the MROs Assistant Chief Inspectors Bombardier and maintenance departments Make recommendations to the Manager MRO Maintenance on authorization holder performance Make recommendations on fleet inspection procedures and their depth including buy-back procedures Monitor progress of aircraft inspection and repairs Observe review and approve maintenance as is it being performed on company aircraft Report daily maintenance milestones coordinate workflows priorities as well as parts and engineering issues to management Effectively act as an agent for the Company in making decisions and providing technical support in regards to maintaining our aircraft in a Safe and Compliant manner Establish a clear line of communication with the MRO and work in conjunction with Assistant Chief Inspectors to validate that the MRO follows procedures and policies per the GPM Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Holds valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate for minimum of 5 years required Five years air carrier maintenance experience required Meets recent experience requirements of 14 CFR 65.83 required Previous Quality Control experience required Strong working knowledge of the GPM technical manuals and FARs required Willingness and ability to travel internationally required Initial technical training on all fleet types preferred Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite preferred
