The Boeing Company is looking for a Commercial Estimating and Pricing Analyst (Experienced or Senior)based out of Renton, or Everett Washington.

Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 3 and Level 4 Specialists to find the best fit for the position.

This role provides support related to Estimating Methods & Tools. The primary focus will be supporting and developing Boeing Commercial Aircraft & Aftermarket estimating efforts. Additional support/development relates to common tools and processes for the Estimating Center of Excellence (COE) within Finance Shared Services.

Key areas include rates & factors, website maintenance, compliance governance, training development/coordination, and development of tools and models to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead US and international team members

  • Partner across various teams in Commercial Estimating and across the Enterprise to drive strategy, development, and execution of improvement ideas

  • Leverage your estimating and technical knowledge to build next generation processes and tools

  • Leverage your analysis and critical thinking skills to enable and mentor the broader Estimating community with estimates, pricing strategies, proposals, business case analysis, and estimating methods

  • Drive the Estimating organization forward while also continuing to learn and develop your own technical and leadership skills

  • Develop and deliver training to support future Estimating skill needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

  • Experience leading projects and teams

  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop requirements for new tools/processes

  • Experience in creating advanced financial models in Excel

  • Experience in database or web application development

  • Experience in working with international teams

  • Experience in development and delivering organizational training

  • Experience with business case analysis

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI

Summary Pay Range (Experienced, Level 3): $100,300 - $135,700

Summary Pay Range (Senior, Level 4): $127,500 - $172,500
