The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Design and Integration Specialist to join the team in Auburn, WA

As the Senior Design and Integration Specialist, you will take the helm in architecting, designing, building, and testing innovative delivery systems and components that are essential to the success of Boeing Fabrication factories. In this influential role, your technical expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate with business partners and stakeholders, providing insightful answers to complex technical questions related to the usage, troubleshooting, and functionality of our delivery systems products. Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies knowledge of computing systems to choose appropriate troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex delivery systems challenges

  • Provides technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments

  • Provides factory technical support and consultation

  • Chooses appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, capacity/performance and operational management

  • Partners with manufacturing to enable the best technology solutions

  • Matures factory technology lifecycle for major transformational technology integrations

  • Documents resolutions/analyses according to support procedures

  • Develops and maintains partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience with information technology

  • 3+ years of experience with problem solving production issues within a factory setting

  • 3+ years of experience with Factory Technology Integration

  • Experience working with mechanics (i.e. airplane) and related functions to solve technical issues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that includes engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality

  • Experience implementing a range of IT products in support of a variety of functions: engineering, manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chain

Summary pay range: $129,200 – $174,800
