The Boeing Company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Program Analyst to join a team of Manufacturing Analysts and Production Operation Specialists primarily focused on the integration with Global Technical Operations (GTO) Functional Leaders, Business Partners, and Operations Teams.

The role will provide the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and evolving team of likeminded professionals within the Global Technical Operations and Field Operations Team, delivering an integrated standardized approach to business and program planning to plan, prepare, propose, and execute contractual requirements. Member of team of project integrators, manufacturing analysts and production operations specialists for Field Operations within Global Technical Operations. Works closely with the Global Technical Operations functional teams, primarily focused on the utilization of Industrial Engineering (IE) and project management skills and principles to develop plans, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of or manufacturing plans and schedules leveraging released technical data.

  • Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.

  • Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes.

  • Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.

  • Supports business unit level operating plans.

  • Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives.

  • Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.

  • This role will provide the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and evolving team of likeminded professionals within the Global Technical Operations and Field Operations Team, delivering an integrated standardized approach to business and program planning to plan, prepare, propose, and execute contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel to domestically and/or internationally on short notice.

  • The ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Secret Security Clearance or UK equivalent clearance.

  • 5+ years’ experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and the ability to learn in house systems.

  • 5+ years in Modification/Retrofit/Manufacturing Operations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience building and maintaining projects in Microsoft Project Server.
