The Opportunity

Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is now recruiting for an experienced Workforce co-ordinator. The Air Combat Electronic Attack Enterprise Program Offices (ACEAEPO) Enterprise Program Work Management team provides value to the ACEA Enterprise by conducting overarching ACEA Program Management, including scoping and monitoring ACEA Work Plan tasks and de-conflicting priorities and resources. Responsibilities

TheTasking co-ordinator is responsible for workflow through the organisation and identifying and resolving prioritisation and resourcing conflicts.

  • Accurately identifying, categorising, prioritising and monitoring work packages
  • Accurately identifying work packages that may adversely impact delivery of capability and/or reputation
  • Rapidly resolving work package priority and resource conflicts and pro-actively facilitating removal of execution barriers
  • Resolving and responding to stakeholder queries/concerns in a timely manner
  • Operating efficiently and effectively within a matrix organisation
  • Engaging positively and communicating appropriately with all program participants and stakeholders to build relationships that contribute towards consistent, trusted and disciplined business execution

Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience working in an aircraft support environment in business support, project management, engineering, logistics and/or maintenance environments
  • Experience working within a complex and collaborative multi-organisational environment
  • Experience working across all organisational levels

Eligibility

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.

  • Current, or ability to obtain, an Australian Defence security clearance to the level of Negative Vetting 1.
  • Meet the United States Governments nationality requirements for ITAR clearance on the Air Combat and Electronic Attack Sustainment Program.
