We are seeking an energetic and talented Project Officer to support our Project Management Team in the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects at our Darwin site. As part of a high performing team, you will apply your skills and experience in managing subcontractors and work sites to good use.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and peers.
- Oversee subcontractors and others to provide project deliverables and comply with site security and safety requirements.
- Assist to identify suppliers and to coordinate and oversee supplier activities.
- Support the Projects Team to identify, scope and execute projects.
- Assist to continually improve project processes, procedures and standardization.
- Experience on/in construction work site management or supervision.
- Project management qualifications and/or experience desirable, but not essential.
- High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
