Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced System Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of servers, workstations, laptops and peripherals
• Install, update and patch Windows environments
• Utilize knowledge of active directory and group policies to assign users and components to the system
• Apply security requirements to systems, and evaluated new solutions prior to their deployment to production environments
• Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents to determine the root cause
• Be familiar with virtual environments, including backups, patching and security implementation
• Utilize configuration management and change management tools to define system component history and relationships

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph
• Experience with classified IT systems and activities such as patching and running scans
• Security+ Certification or higher

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Virtual Servers
• College degree in related field

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $110,000 - $130,000
