Boeing India is currently seeking an “Experienced ServiceNow Developer” to join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP) to develop solutions on ServiceNow. 

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India. 

 Position Responsibilities:

• Development and Design within the GSEP program using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, and DevOps 
• Strong Data modeling skills and experience with CMDB/CSDM, Discovery
• Provide technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems 
• Communicate across multiple teams, organizations, and leaders to effectively articulate business goals and objectives 
• Identify, recommend, and implement development standards 
• Document information such as configuration and implementation following process and design standards 
• Using Agile and Kanban best practices 
• To be Successful in this role, you should have the following skills & knowledge

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
• ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, CMDB, ITAM
• Firm understanding of business rules and how they are applied to enterprise solutions 
• Following, enhancing and deploying development standards and best practices 
• Analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and patterns within the team.
• AGILE and SAFe best practices 
• Ability to communicate across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholders 
• Demonstrated initiative, eager to learn, adaptable, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems operate 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :

• Portal development, AI, Virtual agent
• AGILE Development skills, ADO, JavaScript. 
• ADO, cloud experience, analyzing business requirements, virtual team experience 

Typical Education & Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 Plus years related work experience or Master’s Degree with 8+ years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
