Boeing’s Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is seeking a collaborative, hands-on leader of leaders Senior Manager to serve our Project Management & Construction Management Team onsite in at any of our Washington sites in Seattle, Tukwila, or Renton.

This critical part of the leadership team inspires operational excellence across a high-impact facilities planning, construction project management and infrastructure portfolio, balancing team development, technical oversight, and measurable project delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team and mid-level managers to deliver a multi?billion construction program for the Central Puget Sound

  • Create and execute integrated plans, policies, and strategies for large–to–medium construction projects

  • Secure and allocate resources, manages suppliers, and drives process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity

  • Influence, build and sustain stakeholder, partner, and team relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration

  • Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes while supporting source selection, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize outcomes

  • Manage, develop, and motivate a diverse project management team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10%

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

  • 10+ years of experience in project management or construction management

  • 10+ years of experience leading or managing large or complex teams of managers and/or non-management employees

  • 5+ years of experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)

  • 5+ years of experience in financial acumen

  • 5+ years of experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects or transactions

  • 10% domestic travel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, facilities, architecture, business management or related field

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience with Data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau or similar)

  • Experience with construction software (Procore or similar)

Summary Pay Range: $156,400 - $211,600
