Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 5) to support the Collins Aerospace, Major Suppliers Team in Mesa, AZ; Long Beach, CA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA; or Ridley Park, PA!

Position Responsibilities:  

• Oversees technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs
• Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs
• Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
• Leads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions
• Provides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projects
• Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Manages work movement plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Technical Bachelors, Masters or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, engineering, scientific or information technology field of study)
• 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management or Program Management
• 5+ years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 5+  years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Mesa, Arizona: $128,350-$158,550

Long Beach, CA; Ridley Park, PA ;Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA: $137,700-$170,100
