The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Senior Manager to join the team in Dallas, TX

The selected candidate will be joining the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT & S) organization. The ideal candidate possesses a wealth of experience and leadership in the technology space, leadership finesse to build enduring strategic partnerships, along with the ability to handle high-pressure situations having executive and board-of-directors-level visibility.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across IT including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis

  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees and first-level managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience with working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role

  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing comprehensive IT roadmaps

  • 3+ years of experience in leading managers within and organization

  • 3+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation

  • 1+ years of experience in Product Leadership, Product Operations, Product Management or Agile Project Management role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Current Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure)

  • Experience with managing cloud infrastructure

  • Experience in security, governance, risk, and compliance

  • Experience with building beneficial supplier relationships

  • Experience with virtualization technologies

  • Experience managing and supporting data centers

  • Experience managing global teams

  • Experience working in complex environment and matrix organization

Summary pay range: $161,500 – $218,500
