Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Mesa, AZ! This role will support Global Supply Chain and Integration (GSC & I) senior leaders, managers, and individual contributors within the Supplier Quality and Performance Management organization. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior HRBPs to find the best fit for these positions.

This individual will provide high-value, coordinated consultation and integrated solutions to tackle business challenges, proactively mitigate risks and ensure our business goals and objectives deliver repeatable outcomes across the team based onsite in Mesa, AZ and across the US. This individual will also provide occasional HR support to other GSC & I teammates located at the Mesa site. Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g. staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.)

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance

  • Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

  • Maintain a visible HR presence with Supply Chain teammates for real-time engagement and the development of proactive solutions or interventions

  • Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

  • Experience driving engagement, development and retention initiatives

  • Champion Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions

  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as talent management, training compensation and employee engagement

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring every employee feels valued and supported

  • Connect with and influence employees and leaders to promote a positive workplace culture

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance employee experience

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment

  • Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement helping to shape our HR strategies

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen

  • Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends

  • Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

  • Experience creating and articulating data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders

  • Experience developing winning staffing strategies and action plans

  • Track record of leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to achieve impactful business results

  • Strong project management skills

  • High degree of Emotional Intelligence

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Human Resources certification (SHRM or SPHR/PHR Certification)

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred application experience in Workday

  • Experience navigating a matrixed organization

  • Experience in HR in the aerospace and/or defense industry

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $81,600 - $120,000
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $153,000
