  • Performance Reporting: Maintain executive scorecards and reporting (OKRs, SLAs, program milestones, financial indicators); surface trends, risks, and recommended mitigations.

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with IDT & S leadership to ensure all departments are aligned with the organizations 5-year strategy.

  • Event Planning: Support and execute logistics for in-person senior leader meetings and large employee events: agendas, pre-reads, materials, and onsite coordination in partnership with CIDO Executive Assistant

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational friction and implement scalable process improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the CIDO’s office, IDT & S Leadership Team member offices, the business, and functional partners (HR, Finance, Communications, and Legal).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, or strategy roles - ideally within a large enterprise or top-tier consulting firm.

  • Business Acumen: Ability understanding business strategy, IDT & S strategy, and operational performance to optimize organizational performance.

  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, cross-functional influence, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

  • Experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation, and completion

  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
