Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP & S) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to support the E7 Program in Tukwila, WA or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Supports preparation, development and coordination of change management plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements
  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to change management plans
  • Assists customers with risk assessment and development of mitigation or recovery plans
  • Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of change management plans to support program compliance requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering or Business Operations
  • Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience in using Integrated scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Enterprise Project Management, Primavera, or a similar tool

Travel:  Some travel may be required
