Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager on the Major Supplier- Honeywell and CAES by Honeywell account to join our dynamic team in Mesa, AZ.

  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services.
  • The ability to deep dive subcontractor shortages, effectively manage and drive improvement to supplier delivery recovery schedules, leverage the team (internally and externally) and communicate progress through shortage mitigation will be key to success in this role.
  • Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities with the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Manages supplier/subcontractor business relationships to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Strategizes post-purchase contract award activity with the team to improve product delivery and quality performance.
  • Evaluates supplier performance data and Boeing supply chain KPI metric data. Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues. Develops mitigation plans.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects or teams

Summary pay range: $110,500 - $136,500
