The Oklahoma City C-17 team is currently looking for a Computing Architect to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.  Our team supports the development, testing, and qualification of avionics software for the C-17 platform.  In this role, you will contribute as part of a team, to create solutions to operational and logistical challenges; many of which are unique, novel, or have never been attempted before.  You will be challenged to deliver innovative solutions that advance our capabilities and apply them to real-world problems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Servers

  • Maintain established network infrastructure

  • Comply with cybersecurity patches

  • Create robust backup protocols for data integrity

  • Integrate VPN/LabNet protocols and equipment

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Oklahoma City, OK facility.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years’ experience with Redhat and linux systems

  • 2+ years’ experience with windows systems

  • 2+ years administering server systems

  • 2+ years complying with cyber security protocols

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Familiar STIG/SCAP/NESSUS

  • Familiar with LabNet

  • Experience creating backups/images of computing equipment

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. S 120.15 is required.  “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 years related work experience, etc.).
