Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Experienced) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.

The Asset Manager will be responsible for supply chain demand and forecast planning and execution activities in support of the F-15 Qatar Spares Assurance Program (SAP).  The contract supports service activity where operations are aligned to Performance Based Logistics methods.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Requires involvement in a multitude of supply chain related activities to include customer demand review, forecasting assessment, ordering of materials, reporting on supply activity, strategy development for support of prime contract requirements, enhancing processes and procedures, and working across a multi-functional services team

  • Interface directly with the Qatar Emiri Air Force and United States Air Force customer, work autonomously within the Boeing enterprise, and will need to have working knowledge, experience, and understanding of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process

  • Requires a high level of personal accountability and responsibility

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, project management, supplier management, or accounting

  • 3+ years of experience with asset management, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation

  • 3+ years of experience in budget planning and/or business operations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field  

  • Possess excellent communication skills allowing for cross functional interaction with the Customer, Program, supply chain, contracts, finance, engineering, and quality

  • Position requires strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with asset management systems & tools including supply planning & forecasting tools MS2, SPO, GOLD, TAV, WOW, COPPR, NWP and knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SI & OP)

  • Strong knowledge and experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of company-owned material, customer owned material and program/contract material

Summary pay range: $80,750.00 - $109,250.00
