Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for multiple Associate or Experienced Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist to join the Everett Delivery Center based out of Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment

  • Develops procedures and processes

  • Performs tests or inspections and collects data

  • Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations

  • Provides feedback on adverse trends

  • Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products

  • Conducts certification preparation training

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Currently hold or have you previously held Level II NDT certification (Ultra Sonic, Eddy Current, Radiography)

  • Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary

  • Capable of working in confined spaces and fit through a 10X18 oval opening

  • Ability to pass and complete fall protection training and work with heights of seventy feet or more and not exceed weight restrictions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test) in Eddy Current and/or Ultrasonic and/or Radiography.

  • Associate’s degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience

  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Union:

This is a union-represented position. In locations where SPEEA representation applies, this job family will be covered by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.

Level 2 Summary pay range: $62,050 – $83,950

Level 3 Summary pay range: $73,100 – $98,900
