Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Product Acceptance Specialists (Level B) to join our Interiors Responsibility Center (IRCSC) Quality team in North Charleston, South Carolina on variable shift.
The IRCSC Quality team plays a vital role in ensuring parts and assemblies meet type design, specifications, and engineering standards for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. By performing quality inspections, auditing, and collaborating closely with internal teams, this team helps deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality interiors for Boeing aircraft. Position Responsibilities:
Verify routine product conformance to design requirements
Provide objective evidence of inspection results
Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities
Identify and document discrepancies
Segregate and control non-conforming items
Conduct product reviews with customers during product or process verification
Verify compliance with customer requirements
Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the North Charleston, SC site.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry
1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
1+ year of analytical and problem-solving skills
1+ year of experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures
Able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
Willingness and ability to work a variable shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience using hand tools such as calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, and go/no-go gauges
1+ years of experience working with REDARS, IVT, or similar systems/tools
1+ years of experience navigating CMES or similar systems
1+ years of experience in quality assurance
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $49,300 - $66,700
